Mobile Auto Repair Warranty: What Our 12-Month Coverage Includes
When you choose FlexFix for your repair, you want to know the work is backed up. Here is exactly what our warranty covers, what it does not, and how to use it if you need to.
What our warranty covers:
Qualifying repairs performed by FlexFix carry a 12-month or 12,000-mile limited warranty (whichever comes first) from the date of service. This covers:
Parts we supply — if a part we provided fails under normal use within the warranty period, we replace it at no additional cost for the part.
Our labor — if a repair we performed fails or needs to be redone due to workmanship within the warranty period, we cover the labor to correct it.
What qualifies:
Most repairs where we supply the parts and perform the labor qualify. This includes brake jobs, battery replacement, alternator and starter replacement, belt and hose service, water pump replacement, sensor replacement, and similar mechanical repairs.
What is NOT covered:
Customer-supplied parts — if you provide the part and we install it, we warrant our labor but not the part itself. If the customer-supplied part fails, you are responsible for the replacement part cost.
Pre-existing conditions — if a related component fails that was not part of the original repair, the warranty does not extend to it. For example, if we replace brake pads and the caliper (which was functional at the time) seizes six months later, the caliper is not covered by the pad warranty.
Damage from abnormal use — abuse, racing, off-road use beyond the vehicle's design, neglect, or accidents are not covered.
Wear items at end of life — brake pads, wiper blades, filters, and similar consumables are not covered for normal wear.
Modifications after repair — if another mechanic or the vehicle owner modifies or works on the same system after our repair, the warranty is voided for that system.
How to use the warranty:
Call or text us with a description of the issue. We schedule a return visit at your location to inspect the concern. If it falls within warranty coverage, we correct the issue at no charge.
We keep records of every service we perform. Your receipt includes the date, mileage, work performed, and parts used.
Why we offer this warranty:
We stand behind our work because we use quality parts, follow proper procedures, and torque everything to specification. A warranty is only as good as the work behind it — and we work as if every job carries one, because it does.
Full warranty terms are available on our website and provided at the time of service. If you have questions about coverage for a specific repair, ask before we begin — transparency is how we operate.
