If your browser warns about this site's HTTPS connection, you can install our public certificate so your device trusts it (common with self-signed or private certificates). This page stays available even when the rest of the site is in maintenance mode. Use the URL /cer (lowercase — capital /Cer can 404 on Linux).
Download the same public certificate in the format that matches your device.
Open the file → Install Certificate → Local Machine → place in Trusted Root Certification Authorities.
Open in Safari on the iPhone/iPad → allow the profile → Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → install → then Settings → General → About → Certificate Trust Settings and enable full trust for the FlexFix entry.
Alternative: if the PEM is in public/certs/, try /certs/https-public.pem or /certs/https-public.crt (static file — works even if API routes fail).
